How to Tell if You Have Energetic Cords Attached to You

An energetic cord is an invisible connection that links two people together. It is made up of your thoughts, emotions, and memories about the other person. When these cord attachments are healthy and balanced, they can provide support, love, and security in relationships. However, when they are unhealthy or unbalanced, they can drain your energy and cause pain or conflict.

There are a few ways to tell if you have an energetic cord attached to you. First, pay attention to your gut feelings. Rather, we're talking about situations where you completely lose yourself or give up your own power just because someone else wants you to.
