Emotionally

Coming out of an unhealthy relationship can take a profound toll on our emotional wellbeing, leaving us feeling vulnerable, alone, and uncertain in our future. Mentally

Taking the time to bring yourself back to a healthy and balanced mental state after being in an unhealthy relationship is vitally important.
